Swain & Co Solicitors was formed in 2003 by Graeme Swain.
Swain & Co specialises in all aspects of Civil Litigation dealing with Court Cases and disputes of every nature.
We are committed to providing affordable legal advice and representation both locally and nationally.
Swain & Co are specifically recognised for their work and commitment by the Community Legal Services and are a franchised firm offering public funding (formerly known as Legal Aid) in Clinical Negligence, Family, Mental Health, Education, Crime, Prison Law, Housing and Welfare Benefits.
Other types of funding are readily available (such as “No Win No Fee”) for work in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury matters.
