Housing success cases: obtained secure tenancies and larger home

Yas Patel, one of our housing solicitors has recently obtained secure tenancies with Portsmouth City Council for three of her clients.

Two of these clients were single mothers and the other client was an elderly and disabled man.

All of these clients had been made homeless from private, rented accommodation.

Yas has now given them the stability of a secure tenancy and a home for the rest of their lives.

Yas also helped a family who were living in a small, 2-bedroom flat to obtain a larger, 3-bedroom house.

They required the larger property as they have a disabled daughter who requires her own room, and the client was unable to climb the stairs to her flat as she had a back condition.

Have you been threatened with eviction?

Do you need assistance with getting housed by the Council?

Are you homeless or are there reasons why you cannot continue to live in your current property?

Are you in rent arrears?

Has your mortgage lender applied to the court for possession of your home?

Have you been accused of anti-social behaviour?

If so, we may be able to help you.

Call our specialist solicitors on 0800 0351 999 for advice and assistance.
