Melanie specialises in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Mental Health cases.

Melanie qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) in November 1996 and joined Swain & Co in March 2006 as a Senior Fee Earner at the Havant office.  In 2013, Melanie became an Associate of Swain & Co.

She works in our litigation team undertaking Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Mental Health Tribunal work.

With a wide experience of injury claims and tactical awareness means that Melanie can pursue even the most difficult cases.

As an able and determined advocate, Melanie is able to represent clients effectively.

Melanie is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and has been accepted on to the Law Society Mental Health Panel.

Melanie’s interests include cars and motorsport, fashion and music.
