Penny Skertchly is a Trainee Solicitor who deals with medical mistakes and complaints as well as housing issues.

Penny graduated with a 2:1 LLB in Law from Southampton Solent University and completed the LPC at the College of Law, Guildford.  Penny joined Swain & Co in 2010.

Penny also has a particular interest in Community Care Law, having previously worked in the adult social care law department of a local authority in the Midlands.

Her interests include playing the piano, keeping fit and dining out.
