Umar Khan is a specialist criminal defence practitioner based at our Havant office. Umar is a qualified Duty Solicitor since 2006, operating on the local police and court rota schemes where he has extensive experience in representing both juvenile and adult clients.

Umar enjoys a varied practice, representing clients in regard to a wide variety of offences from driving matters to serious sexual and violent allegations.

Umar also assists in non-police interviews under caution and has undertaken representation in prison disciplinary adjudications.
