When a marriage or relationship breaks down, it is a difficult time for everyone, especially if children are involved.
Our expert ‘Family Team’ recognise the need for efficient, and clear advice provided in an atmosphere that is sympathetic and understanding.
We will advise and represent you on all matters concerning children, including Residence and Contact (for main carers, absent parents and grandparents) and financial matters relating to children.
Your first interview is FREE. Thereafter, other funding options are available including LEGAL AID.
We endeavour to make ourselves immediately available in emergency situations where violence is involved, or where other prompt action is required, for example, if you are worried your child may be taken abroad.
