Legal Aid is available in most cases and representation at a police station (day or night) is FREE OF CHARGE regardless of your income. Swain & Co also attend identity parades FREE OF CHARGE.
If bail is refused, we advise on Appeals to the Crown Court and the High Court. We also have a team of expert Prison Lawyers who are able to advise on issues of detention.
