The breakdown of a marriage or partnership is a difficult time which is only made worse by financial worries over where you and your children are going to live and whether you will be able to pay the bills.
At Swain & Co we have a Specialist Team who can advise and represent you in respect of the division of your finances including property, income and pensions.
We will endeavour to help you resolve your problems with as little expense and acrimony as possible. The first meeting with us is FREE and Legal Aid is available to deal with these financial issues and we can advise you on your eligibility.
In some circumstances, when urgent action is required, for example if you are worried that money or property may be disposed of, we can grant emergency legal aid to ensure steps can be taken to protect your position without any delay.
