Compensation Claims are a particular specialism of the firm and the managing partner, Graeme Swain is a member of the Law Society and Action Against Medical Accidents (AVMA) specialist panels relating to Clinical Negligence Claims. Other partners and associates in the firm are members of other specialist panels in their particular areas of specialism.
The firm aims to provide a genuinely 'joined up' service recognising that problems are often inter-related. For example, in Clinical Negligence Cases the firm is also able to provide a specialist service in relation to Mental Health, Community Care and Education. Prison Law is a particular specialism and the firm has a large team of specialist lawyers who focus on Prison Law, Prisoners Rights and Civil Liberties. The firm deals with Prison Law matters such as Parole and Adjudications but equally specialises in dealing with Human Rights and Judicial Review matters.
