We have membership of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel and our expertise is recognised by the Community Legal Service.
Free Legal Aid is available (in most cases) for advice and representation at Mental Health Review Tribunals.
We represent patients and nearest relatives. We attend Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers’ Hearings providing assistance and representation.
Our team will always fight for the protection of your rights. We challenge the lawfulness of continuing detention and advise on High Court and Human Rights issues.
We assist and advise on treatment, aftercare issues and community care.
Advice can be given immediately over the telephone and appointments arranged at short notice, if necessary at hospitals.
