No Win No Fee
"affordable access to legal representation"
Conditional Fee Agreements, also known as “No Win No Fee” agreements are a form of legal contract used for many types of damages (compensation) claims. They enable the client to access legal advice and representation which would otherwise be, potentially, expensive and unavailable.
"No Win No Fee" is just that; if we do not win the case for you, you do not pay for any of your legal fees. If you win, we negotiate payment of your costs from the Defendant.
The agreement can seem complicated but our experienced lawyers will take you through the process quickly and efficiently, answering any questions that you may have and ensuring that you are fully supported throughout the process.
You can be confident that the agreement satisfies the Conditional Fee Agreement Regulations 2000 and that you will retain all of your financial compensation.
