We can assist in making a complaint to the relevant authority, or provide advice in relation to challenging that decision by way of Judicial Review or applying to the Court of Protection for a decision. We have fostered strong relationships with local care providers and local advocacy groups. Where it seems more appropriate, we will sign post you to the relevant organisation. It is not always a Solicitor that you need at the very beginning. We would be happy to discuss any concerns or potential issues, to determine who would be best to help you.
