Your first interview is FREE.  We also offer a fixed fee scheme in relation to payment of costs in relation to divorce proceedings.  We hold specialist Legal Aid contracts and members of our team hold specialist accreditation in relation to family law, childcare proceedings and mediation.

When we meet we will pinpoint the matters that need urgent attention and highlight any problems that may arise immediately or later on.  Legal Aid is available for matters relating to children and finances and in many cases, we can grant you funding immediately.  This may arise, for example, where you are worried that your children may be taken abroad or where they have not been returned to you following a pre-arranged visit.  Or you may be worried that your financial position may be at risk in the event that money or property is disposed of.

We can also advise and represent you on all matters relating to children including Residence and Contact (for main carers, absent parents and grandparents) and all financial matters relating to children.
