Emergency action can mean obtaining your instructions and going to Court the same day whether to protect you and your family or to seek an Order that your partner must leave your home immediately. In some circumstances we can take this action without prior warning to your partner.  We provide a 24 hour helpline or text us and we will telephone you back to provide emergency help.  Alternatively drop in to our 3-5 South Street Office (Havant) to see one of our team.  There is no need to make an appointment.

It is important to be aware that you do not have to suffer physical violence before you can obtain protection. Harassment and other ill treatment can justify action being taken.
