Emma Dudley’s core aim is to talk to clients and ensure that their voices are heard.
Naturally, Emma fits into our dedicated Housing Law team, helping to ensure our clients get the best outcome.
With customer service central to her work, Emma also makes sure that clients are happy with the service provided.
As such, she is calling, writing and emailing clients to provide updates and progress on their case. She also carries out essential administration duties for the Housing department.
Emma is passionate that clients’ voices are heard in cases against possession and opposing negative decisions from the local authorities. She enjoys attending both the Portsmouth Citizens Advice Bureau and Gosport Citizens Advice Bureau to speak with new clients.
These services are essential to allow as many people access to justice as possible.
Emma completed a Business Studies BTEC Level 3 at South Downs College in 2017. She joined us and is currently undertaking an apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3. Emma looks forward to progressing her career in law by continuing onto a Cilex qualification in the near future.
Out of work, Emma enjoys going to gym regularly and socialising with friends and family.
