Tiffany Hoole graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2015 with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. As a result of studying Psychology as part of the degree her interest in cognition and mental health grew.
Tiffany was accepted onto the Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme in July 2018 so she now regularly represents her clients before the First-tier Tribunal, cross-examining witnesses, taking evidence-in-chief from her clients and independent experts and making submissions on behalf of her clients.
Tiffany's work for Avon and Somerset Constabulary as a Troubled Families Analyst further developed this interest. During her time at the Constabulary she helped launch the Troubled Families initiative to assist families requiring support with issues such as Crime & Antisocial Behaviour, Domestic Violence, Children in Need, Poor School Attendance and Health problems.
It was, therefore, a natural progression for Tiffany when she joined the Mental Health and Community Care team at Swain & Co in July 2016. Tiffany works directly with clients detained under the Mental Health Act both independently as well as assisting on larger, more complex cases.
Tiffany’s interests, outside of work, include music, socialising with friends, dog walking and going to the theatre.
