No Win No Fee
No Win No Fee means you will pay nothing if your claim is unsuccessful. Guaranteed!
We have specialist legal aid lawyers.
Legal aid is available in most areas of law and Swain & Co Solicitors has achieved national recognition in relation to specialist legal aid work.
Swain & Co Solicitors has won legal aid contracts across the country and meets legal aid requirements in relation to expertise and supervision.
Swain & Co Solicitors is one of the largest legal aid providers in Britain and brings huge expertise and dedication to the handling of legal aid cases.
Swain & Co Solicitors is able to provide a “joined up service” on the basis that it has such a wide range of specialist contracts. We works closely with other organisations including the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Legal aid is “means and merits” tested and we provide free advice in relation to whether legal aid is available. If legal aid is not available, consideration can be given to other forms of funding including No Win No Fee.
We can discuss the fee options available and in particular (a) payment at an hourly rate (b) payment of a fixed fee (c) payment to a specified stage (d) other options.
In Family Law cases, such as for divorce, child related matters and financial issues, we offer you a Pay As You Go option so you pay for the advice you need, when you need it. This is called the Your Case, Your Way option.
We also offer Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications on a fixed fee basis. Please contact our Southampton office on 02380 631111 for more information.
Legal Expenses Insurance
Many private clients have legal expenses insurance and this usually comes with house insurance. It can cover the cost of investigating and pursuing a claim.
Contact us for advice in relation to whether you have cover and whether the claim or problem you have is covered by your policy.
We can provide a personal and face to face service. We believe this to be preferable to a remote service provided through an insurance company.
If a claim is to be issued through the Courts you have the right under a legal expenses insurance policy to instruct the solicitor of your choice. We believe that our firm would be an appropriate choice based on our expertise, our approachability and availability.
