Title Office/HR Manager – Part-time

We are seeking an Office Manager with some HR experience to support the back-office functions of our busy Havant and Southampton Offices, although HR support will be required across the Company.

The main responsibilities are, although not limited to:

  • Providing a point of contact in respect of all Business Support Functions including IT and ensuring escalation is undertaken where necessary.
  • Dealing with the full life cycle of the HR function i.e. recruitment, onboarding, overseeing and reporting in respect of PDPs and Appraisals and maintaining and improving the Company’s cloud-based HR Platform – Cezanne HR
  • Working knowledge of Lexcel would be advantageous as would a minimum level 3 CIPD qualification.

Hours of work – Minimum 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, however, there may be the need to increase this to 25 hours per week during busy periods.

Whilst this role is office-based and requires a presence Monday to Friday, there is some flexibility on when the hours are worked.
