Emma Yemm is a Trainee Lawyer working in Swain & Co Solicitors Community Care/Court of Protection department at our Southampton office.
Emma graduated from the University of Winchester in 2011 while working as an assistant venue manager for the University’s Student Union.
After graduation Emma started working at the Gosport Citizens Advice Bureau as a Volunteer Advisor. She had the chance to work within Healthwatch and strict data protection rules related matters.
Emma was promoted to a Money Advice Matters Caseworker after working for 2 years at the Gosport CAB. She was able to again experience advising clients who are at a risk of homelessness, helping them with managing their finances in order to come out from their difficulties.
Before starting work with us, Emma worked at another local firm as a Fee Earning Paralegal in 2016. Here Emma was able to get her hands on Mental Health Law related matters.
In her spare time Emma enjoys keeping fit and often participate in charity cycling event. Emma also like to spend her spear time with her Friends and Family.
